There are days when no matter how hard I try, indulging on fruit and nuts just won’t cut it and I need a more comforting treat. Those days have been especially frequent lately, as I sit for University exams this month (I’m a mature student).
I came across this recipe by pure chance and I tell you, it has become my go-to quick fix when I need some TLC. And for mums with young kiddies, this is an ideal fun recipe they can help you with.
I baked them until the cookies turned golden brown. To check whether they’re done press gently onto the cookie and if it bounces slightly, they're good to go. The cookie must be firm on the outside, but soft on the inside. P.S try not to eat the whole batch!
