Ingredients

6 Apples
4 Eggs
2 1/2 cups Plain Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Flora Pro Activ Buttery
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Icing sugar

This moist & light cake is the right treat for those autumn afternoon tea breaks when you start preparing yourself for the cold winter months.

In a bowl, mix together the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and baking soda.

In a pan, melt the Flora Pro Active Buttery. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar and eggs until smooth.

Start adding the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients gradually without over mixing. Finally, add in the apples. Grab a bundt cake tin, cover with cooking spray and gently fold in the mixture. Bake for about an hour at 180C.
