- 100gr Oats
- 1 cup Applespeeled & diced
- 2 Eggsbeaten
- 4 tbsp Dried Cranberries
- 1 tsp CinnamonFor cooking oats
- 100ml Milk (whole)
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Milk (whole)For cooking oats
- 1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
These Apple Cinnamon & Oats Baby Muffins are great freezer-friendly toddler / baby food.
I begin by cooking the oats in one cup of whole milk & the ground cinnamon. Once done, place in a large glass bowl & let it cool.
Mix in all the remaining ingredients together. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Using an ice cream scoop to fill in the muffin tins evenly.
Preheat oven to 180C and bake for 20 minutes until the surface of the muffins is golden brown.
