Steps

1
Done

I begin by boiling the potatoes in a pot filled with cold, salted water until just about done. In another pot, I place the trimmed asparagus on medium heat. Once boiling, let it simmer for a minute and drain.

2
Done

Prepare the Knorr Cream of Chicken Soup as per packet instructions. I went for the chicken flavour to add another layer of interest to this decadent dish. Once done, add the 100gr of Gruyère cheese and mix well.

3
Done

In a large oven dish, layer the boiled potatoes and cover with half the sauce. Layer the asparagus, then lace the prosciutto in between and top off with the rest of the sauce. Finally, sprinkle the top with breadcrumbs.

4
Done

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C until the corners are bubbling. Serve immediately.
