This recipe takes on a naughtier twist to the No-Churn Ice Cream recipe I shared with you a couple of weeks ago, more appropriate for adults-only dinner parties. This Tuscan-inspired dessert can be done using Vin Santo, but I prefer the richness of Baileys.

Steps

1
Done

Whisk the Elmlea Single and condensed milk together until soft peaks form, then gently whisk the Baileys. Add a handful of roughly chopped Cantucci biscuits. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

2
Done

Serve in an ice cream bowl or martini glass and decorate with Cantucci.
