I love how informal drumsticks make a dinner party or BBQ among friends feel. They are also ideal for summer because they’re easy to eat outdoors with your hands. The garlic, paprika and chili make a classic seasoning mix that goes with almost anything, whatever side dishes you’re serving this with. I invented this recipe by chance, actually, as I was making use of the stock pots I usually use in soups and stews in winter. Delicious and economical!

Steps

1
Done

I start by seasoning each chicken drumstick with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. In a bowl, I combine the Knorr Chicken Stock Pot, olive oil, garlic, paprika, chili powder and parsley.

2
Done

I then brush the drumsticks with the mixture, evenly on all sides.

3
Done

The drumsticks are ready to go on the preheated grill. Grill for 30 to 35 minutes, turning every 5 or 6 minutes, and brushing with the remaining sauce. Garnish with crunchy green onions.
