Whole Rabbit Cut into pieces by the butcher
4 tbsp Plain BBQ Sauce
1 Knorr Herb Infusion Pot

You might think that rabbit is a wintery, fenkata-style meal but I beg to differ. I recently made this using a handful of simple ingredients and it came out delicious. The charred flavour works really well with the tender meat of the rabbit.

Mix well together the BBQ sauce and one Knorr Herb Infusion Pot until they form into a paste. You may wish to season with pepper and add some olive oil to improve the texture.

Brush the rabbit pieces well with the paste and place on a medium-hot grill (you do not want charred rabbit but uncooked meat). Serve straight from the grill!
