5 tbsp Hellmann's mayonnaise

1 cup Greek Yogurt

1/4 cup Olive oil

4 Onions

1 Garlic clovesLarge

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt & pepper

Heat a large pan over medium-high heat for 6 minutes, add the oil & sauté the onions along with a big pinch of salt for 3 minutes. Then lower to medium heat, stirring frequently, until onions caramelize into a deep brown colour, for about 20 minutes. Keep an eye on it as onions can burn quickly. If the onions begin to burn towards the end, add a splash of water. |

Let the onions cool. Then, in a glass bowl, mix the cooled onions, yogurt & Hellmann’s Mayonnaise until blended. Season with the chilli flakes & black pepper. Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
