Caramelised Onion Dip with Greek Yogurt

Heat a large pan over medium-high heat for 6 minutes, add the oil & sauté the onions along with a big pinch of salt for 3 minutes. Then lower to medium heat, stirring frequently, until onions caramelize into a deep brown colour, for about 20 minutes. Keep an eye on it as onions can burn quickly. If the onions begin to burn towards the end, add a splash of water.

Once done, add the minced garlic and stir for several seconds until you can smell the garlic. Turn off the heat and stir in the Worcestershire sauce.

Let the onions cool. Then, in a glass bowl, mix the cooled onions, yogurt & Hellmann’s Mayonnaise until blended. Season with the chilli flakes & black pepper. Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
