And just like that it’s Carnival! Just when I thought we’ll be having a break from sugar in our house, I’ve had to babysit my friend’s daughter recently and what better way to entertain kids than to make them bake?! I wanted to share this with you right in time for carnival weekend, it’s simple with the right level of messy that kids just love. We’ve had so much fun making this, I hope you do so too.

In a glass bowl, I begin by combining together flour and salt and mix well. |

This next step was supposed to be done in a separate bowl, but when you have kids around, you need simply stuff. It worked out just fine! I grabbed my electric mixer and beat the softened Stork and granulated sugar. Then I added the eggs and the vanilla, folding gently with a wooden spoon, until well-combined but try not to over mix. |

Bake for about 15 minutes and let them cool completely before letting the kids eat them 🙂 Enjoy! |
