Chicken Breast in Creamy Spinach Parmesan Sauce

1 Chicken Breast filleted
1 Knorr chicken cube
3 Garlic cloves minced
1 cup Fresh cream
1 tbsp Oregano
Salt & pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1 cup Spinach

Chicken Breast in Creamy Spinach Parmesan Sauce

I’m not usually a fan of creamy sauce, but this recipe is the exception! It’s so tasty and easy to make – ready in 20 minutes – you can serve it with rice, pasta or just on its own.

I begin by seasoning the chicken with salt & pepper. Heat some olive oil in a big pan and place the chicken, cook until they begin to get colour (about 5 minutes on each side). Remove from heat.

Using the same pan, cook the garlic and once browned (about one minute), add the heavy cream, oregano and parmesan cheese. Parmesan & garlic really are a match made in heaven! Combine together and add the spinach. Simmer for a few minutes.

Finally, add the chicken and let is soak the sauce for about 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
