- Colman's Tartar Sauce
- Salmon fillet
- Orange juice1/2 orange
I recently had my girlfriends over for brunch and rather than having a bunch of little sugary snacks, I made a proper meal for them. It’s so simple to do but the flavours are so decadent. Plus, I really wanted to use the jar of tartar sauce (I prefer Colman’s) I had bought recently and now I’m practically having it on every slice of bread I have.
Lay a layer of fresh rucola, or whatever greens you prefer, and then lay grilled salmon. Spoon over a generous amount of Colman’s Tartar Sauce. Serve warm and enjoy!
