- 1 kg Baby Spinach
- 1 tsp Colman's English Mustard
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Flour (plain)
- 1 Onionsfinely diced
- 1/2 cup Mature Cheddarshredded
- 2 cups Milk (whole)
If you know anyone who won’t eat spinach, serve them this. Trust me, they’ll eat it. And ask for more.
Remove the cheese sauce from heat and add the spinach. Fold in together and season with salt & pepper. Pour the spinach-cheesy mixture in an oven proof dish and top up with breadcrumbs. Bake until golden brown at 200C for about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
