Cook the pasta as per packet instructions minus two minutes – leaving it slightly uncooked. In a large pan, heat some olive oil & sauté the diced onions and once translucent, add also the chopped garlic. Then, add the sugo di pomodoro, the basil leaves, chilli & dried oregano, bring to boil and let it simmer on low heat for at least 15 minutes. Finally, add the tuna, mixing in gently. |

Pour the pasta onto the red sauce in the pan, together with a little pasta water and mix well. Place the pasta in an ovenproof dish, spoon over the Colman’s Cheddar Cheese Sauce and decorate with a few basil leaves. Bake until golden brown.
