We recently had a couple of friends over for an outdoor dinner party under the fireworks of our local feast. I was aware that one of our friends’ little ones is intolerant to dairy, so I obviously didn’t include dairy in most dishes, including dessert. I made a special batch of cookies using a non-dairy butter that I found, Flora Freedom, and you barely taste any difference at all. I also made sure that the chocolate chips were dairy-free.

If you have a mixer, turn it on low and add the eggs, one at a time, until completely mixed. I then add the vanilla and stir in the chocolate chips. |
