Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Flora Freedommelted
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla essence
- 3 cups Plain Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 cup Chocolate chipsDairy Free
- 1/2 tsp Salt
We recently had a couple of friends over for an outdoor dinner party under the fireworks of our local feast. I was aware that one of our friends’ little ones is intolerant to dairy, so I obviously didn’t include dairy in most dishes, including dessert. I made a special batch of cookies using a non-dairy butter that I found, Flora Freedom, and you barely taste any difference at all. I also made sure that the chocolate chips were dairy-free.
