Last weekend, I spent my Sunday evening planning the week ahead. On the agenda I had breakfast. This usually means a grab-and-go affair. But I decided to prepare a healthy option – smoothie packs! It’s convenient to find them ready to go in the morning. This not only saves me money, but also a great deal of time.
These are great for older children and teens too, as they can make their own snack / breakfast.
Each smoothie pack is loaded with fruits and leafy greens. In this instance, I used whatever I had in the fridge. To add some creaminess, I’ve added a frozen cube of Elmlea cream to each pack.
