- 500gr Minced beef
- 400gr Canned tomatoes
- 400gr Red Kidney Beans
- 300gr Long grain rice
I begin by frying the minced beef into a large frying pan on medium heat until the meat has browned. Add in the canned tomatoes and saute for a few minutes.
Open the Knorr Chili Con Carne sachet and empty into the pan. Mix well. Let it cook for a few minutes. Finally, add in the kidney beans and let it simmer for at least 15 minutes on low heat.
