- Hellmann's Caesar Salad DressingAs desired
- Mixed Green Leaves
- 1/2 cup Couscous
- 1 tbsp Sweetcorn
- 1 tbsp Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 Hard Goat Cheese
- 1 Knorr chicken cube
If you are heading to the beach & prefer to take something fresh with you, here’s a healthy lunch you can pack with zero hassle and not that many calories!
To prepare the couscous: place in a glass bowl, together with a Knorr Chicken Cube in the centre to bring flavour to the otherwise-bland couscous. Cover in boiling water and place a plate on top to seal the steam. Let it stand for not more than 2 minutes - you'll see that the water has been absorbed. Fluff it up by forking through it, mixing well into the dissolved chicken stock cube.
Time to assemble the jar: start with the couscous at the bottom, then layer the sweetcorn, bell peppers, goat cheese and finally, the mixed leaves on top. Sprinkle some goats cheese again to dress it up and then close the lid to store. When ready to eat, just add a dash of the salad dressing, close the lid and mix well.
