- 300gr Long grain rice
- 2tbsp Sweetcorn
- 2tbsp Black olivesseeded & chopped
- 2 tbsp Sun-dried tomatoeschopped
- 1 tbsp Caperschopped
- 1 can Anchovies
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoeschopped
- 1/2 cup Basil leaveschopped
- 1 small Onionschopped
- 3 tbsp Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Maille Honey Mustard
- 2 tbsp Olive oilOr use the oil from the sun dried tomatoes
