It’s Bovril season in our household. There’s nothing more comforting than a dollop of Bovril in soup (Brodu) or a super-quick dinner of Bovril broth and mini pasta. I was planning a pizza lunch the other day and came up with the (genial!) idea of marinating the chicken in some chicken Bovril.

Boil the potatoes and slice. Marinate the chicken breast in the chicken flavour Bovril, soy sauce and sesame oil. Slice the green pepper and onion thinly. |

Start filling the pizza base with ingredients to bring it to life. I would start with the chicken. Then add the green peppers, onions and potato slices. If you wish, sprinkle some sesame seeds around the edges, then add oregano and sprinkle the mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle some olive oil and in the oven it goes. |
