I always looked at people who make their own ice lollies with a sense of envy. They must really have their stuff together to have the time and creativity to come up with this. That’s until I found out how ridiculously easy they are to make. All you have to do is buy an ice lolly mould, which costs €1 from Tal-Lira, whizz everything together and voila! This is a great activity to do with the little ones during their holidays. Plus it’s much healthier and more delicious to make your own.

Whizz all the ingredients together and taste to see if you need a little more honey. If you prefer a vegan version, you may substitute the same amount of Greek yogurt with apple juice. Fill up the ice lolly moulds, cover or pop a bamboo stick and freeze for about 4 hours. Once done, rinse the moulds with a little warm water to make it easier for the ice lolly to slide out.
