I’ve recently seen these tortilla bowls and I just had to try them. I was preparing a dinner for one on a weeknight, as my husband had a business dinner, so I decided to play around in the kitchen and make myself a pretty meal. Mission accomplished! I made a grilled veggie salad with a sweet Dijon mustard vinaigrette, using the french brand Maille.

I begin by oiling a round baking tray that I usually use for small cakes, and gently place the tortilla in the form of a bowl. Bake for about 8 minutes until it browns & let it cool. |
