This recipe for blue cheese-stuffed homemade burgers is a sure hit! The unexpected concoction creates a rich depth of flavour & a sophisticated twist to this delicious classic. P.S Watch out for the secret burger sauce too!

Steps

1
Done

In a glass bowl, I mix together the minced beef, chopped onions, crumbled Knorr Beef Cube, breadcrumbs & beaten egg white.

2
Done

Roughly split the burger mixture into for portions & form a thin burger for the bottom layer. Crumble the blue cheese in the centre and form another thin burger for the top layer. Close together to form one thick burger. Fry in a hot pan for about 4 minutes on each side, depending on your taste. Spread the soft bun with the burger sauce, place a layer of rucola & grilled onions on the burger & serve.
