My favourite dish of all time is Kusksu tan-Nanna. It’s the ultimate comfort food and a classic traditional dish in Malta, loved by all generations.

I begin by heating a little olive oil in a large pot & saute the diced onion. Once translucent, add the minced garlic. Saute for a few seconds and then add the kunserva (tomato paste). |

Add the diced zucchini, the broad beans and the peas to the pan. Saute for a few minutes. Then, add the Knorr Chicken Stock Pot as well as the Vegetable Stock Pot. Fill the pot with 1.5 litres of water and bring to a boil. |

Add in the giant couscous and simmer for fifteen minutes. Then, crack the eggs in a small bowl one by one and gently pour into the pot. Place also the soft cheeselets and cook for a further ten minutes. Do not mix the soup. |
