500gr Boneless Chicken Thighs
1 sprig Rosemary
Orange Bell Pepper As contorni

Lemon & Rosemary Grilled Chicken Thighs

Most of us are used to the practicality of chicken breasts, but I recently found out that chicken thighs can be a great alternative. Recipe includes a quick marinade to soak the chicken in & leave in the fridge – so that when you get home, dinner is half done! Yes, please.

To make the marinade /stock: In a jug, whisk together 2 tbsp of Knorr Chicken Granules, finely chopped rosemary sprigs and 300ml of water.

Place the boneless chicken thighs in a deep dish and pour the rosemary stock over them. Place also the slices of one whole lemon. Let them marinade for at least an hour for great flavour.

Once marinated, grill the thighs for 2/3 minutes on each side. Serve with roast vegetables contorni.
