Who doesn’t love some good old fish & chips?! I wanted to create a lighter version and I think I succeeded! Each cod serving contains about 290 calories and at least 40gr of protein.

Begin by drying the cod fillets between kitchen towels, this will help the flour stick to it better when we begin the batter process. Create 3 mini work stations by placing the flour and sea salt in a plate, then another for the breadcrumbs and another for the egg whites. For a boost of flavour I crumble a Knorr Fish Cube into the breadcrumbs. Beat the egg whites until they foamy. |
