Ingredients

300gr Macaroni
1/4 cup Hellmann's Lighter than Light Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Flour (plain)
1 tsp Colman's English Mustard
2 Garlic cloves small
1 tsp Paprika
300ml Milk (whole)
150gr Mozzarella Lighter version
50gr Parmesan cheese
1 Eggs
2/3 cup Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Butter Melted, Light
Fresh Parsley

This healthier alternative Mac N’ Cheese has a crunchy, cheesy crust over a light & creamy centre. Same comfort with much less calories, what’s not to love?!

I begin by cooking pasta until al dente. Then, combine the Hellmann’s Lighter than Light Mayonnaise, flour, Colman’s English Mustard, garlic cloves, paprika, milk, mozzarella, parmesan cheese and the egg. Whisk together and then pour the mixture over the pasta. Spoon the pasta into a baking dish.

In a small frying pan, melt the butter & then add the oil, mix together and add the breadcrumbs & parsley. Sprinkle over the macaroni & bake at 180° until lightly browned.
