My husband has a bit of randomly inviting people over – without notice. For this reason, I always have emergency supplies like puff pastry in my fridge, which I can turn into a quick snack in no time. I created this recipe very ad hoc, and very risqué, but our friends loved it so I thought I’ll share it on the blog. Let me know if you try any other strange varieties!

2 Done | Gently fold inwards about an inch from the bottom and an inch from the top. Then fold again onto each other until you get a narrow and long rectangle. Using a sharp knife, cut into half-inch slices and place into a dish lined with baking paper facing up. Brush with egg-wash (egg & water) to get a golden brown colour and if you like, finish off with some poppy seeds or sesame seeds. |
