Half a tub Carte d'Or Vanilla
2 tbsp Candied Mixed Peel
2 tbsp Chocolate chips
2 tbsp Roasted Almonds chopped

My Nannu’s Ġelat Malti

You either love it or you hate it, the traditional Ġelat Malti. This is a quicker version of the way my sweet nannu makes it.

Bring out the Carte d'Or Vanilla Ice Cream and let it thaw for just a minute. Empty half of it into a new container and mix together all the remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
