- 2 cups Oats
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 cup Peanut butter
- 2/3 cup Honey
- 2 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 cup Elmlea Single
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
Everyone is on some kind of health-kick in January, but that doesn’t mean we have to eat boring food! I created an adaptation of this recipe and I hope you like it for breakfast, or dessert. Let me know if you try other variations!
