Carte D'OR Affigato Triple Chocolate
3 tbsp Butter Unsalted, melted
3 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
3 tbsp Granulated Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Eggs (yolk)
1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
1/3 cup Plain Flour
Caramel Sauce Optional
Whipping cream Optional
Semi-sweet chocolate Optional

One-Pan Triple-Chocolate Cookie Sundae

I begin by melting the unsalted butter in a saucepan on gentle heat, until it starts to foam. In a clean bowl, I whisk together the dark brown sugar, the granulated (white) sugar, the salt and the melted butter.


Then, I add the egg yolk and the vanilla extract. I whisk for about 2 minutes until the mixture is light and fluffy.


Time to add the flour and the baking soda. Mix together until the ingredients are combined. No need to overmix. Finally, add in the chocolate chips.


Spread out the mixture onto a small pan and flatten it out with your hands. Bake in a preheated oven at about 175C for about 20 minutes. The cookie should still be soft to touch once it’s out of the oven.


Let’s go crazy! Add two scoops of the gorgeous Carte D’OR Affigato Triple Chocolate. P.S this is the perfect ice cream to go with the cookie because even though it is made of not one or two, but three types of chocolate, the sweetness level is still well-balanced.


Dress it up with whipped cream and caramel sauce, and then make it rain chocolate with some chocolate shavings. Grab a spoon and thank me later.
