There are a few things more comforting than a stew in the depths of winter, but sometimes you do not have all the time in the world to make one. Hope you like this easy one!
Dissolve a stock cube into about 500ml of warm water – for this recipe I use Knorr Less Salt Vegetable Cube since most sausages are already quite salty. Add the bay leaves, cover with thin foil and cook in a preheated oven at 180C for about 40 minutes. Uncover and cook for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
