- Broccoli

- 400gr Chicken Breast
- 1 Knorr Curry Flavour Pot
- 2 tbsp Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Maille Dijon Mustard
- Orange juice1 orange
I was recently looking for a way to use the condiments in my fridge which usually I only tend to use in the warmer months. I also happen to have an abundance of oranges these days from my lovely neighbours who pick their oranges in January. Voila! It’s a filling, fresh salad which I hope you’ll like as much as I did.
Steps
1 Done | I begin my cutting up the veggies into bite size pieces and grill until slightly charred. In the mean time, I marinate the chicken with a quick paste made with a teaspoon of Knorr Curry Flavour Pot, mixed with some olive oil. I brush the chicken generously and then place on a hot grill. Here’s a little tip: you’ll know the chicken is done when they are no longer stuck to the grill. |
