Ingredients

1 tbsp Knorr Granules
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Milk
2 cups Self Raising Flour
1 tsp Pizza Seasoning
1 Onions
1 cup chopped Cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup Butter Melted
1 cup Mature Cheddar Shredded
1 cup Mozzarella Shredded
100gr Ham Cubed

‘Pizza’ Savoury Lunchbox Muffins

We can never get enough of lunchbox ideas, can we?! You can mix up the protein ingredients however you like.

In a glass bowl, whisk gently together the milk, eggs, melted butter & the Knorr Chicken Granules which will give it flavour. Add the ham, cherry tomatoes, onions, pizza seasoning, and the mature cheddar, mixing gently. Finally, add in the flour.

Prepare the muffin tin and start scooping in the mixture – diving it between 12 muffins. Finally, sprinkle the mozzarella. Bake at 180C for about 20 minutes. These egg muffins may be served warm or room temperature.
