It’s quick, but it’s also chic . You might have realised by now that I am not quite a winter lover, but I do love the occasional cosy rainy day indoors (in fact, I’m hoping for one soon). And cosy rainy days often mean long marathons of House of Cards, and less time in the kitchen. But a girl has got to eat, so here’s my cosy quick fix that I’m sure you’ll love as much as I do.

I put the kettle on and bring out the Cream of Forest Mushroom quick soup from the Knorr Gourmet Moments range. This is the more luxurious range of the Knorr quick soups, so to speak, and they come in a dark green packaging. The taste is so rich and flavourful, ah gorgeous. |

Whilst the soup is thickening, use a bread knife to cut off the top of the Maltese panina. Using your fingers, scoop the soft bread out of the crust to create a hollow bread bowl. |

I then place the bread bowl onto a sheet pan and grill in the oven for about 3 minutes, until slightly browned in order to thicken the crust so that the bread can hold the soup. |
