- 4 Lemon zest
- 2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 10 lemons Lemon juice
- Basil leaves
- 2 cups Water
This version of sorbet is nothing short of fabulous. The basil adds a nice undertone to the sorbet, but any one of your favourite herbs could be substituted.
In a saucepan, place the water, sugar, basil leaves and lemon zest and bring to boil. Then let it cool and add the lemon juice. Freeze once cooled.
