These pockets make the not-so-favoured-veggie super delicious. It’s also very nutritious & filling for both kids & adults. You can also make these ahead & freeze.

Steps

1
Done

I begin by boiling the broccoli & sweetcorn in a pot, adding a Knorr Vegetable Cube (gluten free) to add some flavour. Grill the chicken breast, cut in cubes and let it cool.

2
Done

Layer the edam cheese slices on top of the tortilla wraps, then add the broccoli & sweetcorn, and the chicken cubes.

3
Done

Carefully wrap the tortilla into pockets and grill for a few minutes until the tortilla is crispy. The cheese inside will melt and turn this into a crispy and cheesy, nutritious snack.

The Cook

I will be sharing with you my daily experiences with food, whether that’s shopping for the right ingredients, understanding products and sharing with you simple culinary skills that I have learnt along the way. My mission is to make food preparation more enjoyable and rewarding.
