2 cups Prawns Grilled
Handful Mint leaves
4 tbsp Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tbsp Hellmann's Ketchup
Mixed Green Leaves
150gr Smoked Salmon
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Ground ginger
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/3 tsp Onion powder
Lemon zest 1/2 lemon
1/2 tbsp Maille Dijon Mustard

Smoked Salmon & Prawn Cocktail Salad

I never looked at Prawn Cocktail twice on the menu – not until I tried this deconstructed variation.

On a hot grill, grill the prawns for about 5 minutes or until they’ve curled up.


Prawn cocktail sauce: in a small bowl I mix together the Hellmann’s Mayonnaise, Hellmann’s ketchup, chopped mint leaves, garlic & onion powder, smoked paprika, ground ginger, lemon zest & Maille Dijon Mustard. Combine well together & refrigerate for at least an hour.


Place the mixed leaves in a salad bowl, lay the smoked salmon, then the prawns & drizzle with the chilled prawn cocktail sauce.
