4 PG Tips tea bags
6 Chicken Wings
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup Honey
1 tbsp Grated ginger
2 Garlic cloves Minced
1 tbsp Chilli flakes

Wait, what?! You read right. Tea + chicken. Don’t judge until you try it – it.is.amzing. This combo makes a sweet, smokey and juicy bite – let me know if you try them!

I begin by infusing the tea bags with hot water, let it sit and then let it cool completely.

Time to assemble the marinade. I place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. You may want to season with salt & pepper at this stage, or just before roasting. Once the tea is cooled, add it to the marinade.

I let the wings infuse overnight, but an hour or so should be enough if you don’t have much time. You can fry them, roast them or even BBQ them. They’re delicious either way!
