Cauliflower
1 tbsp Chives dried
50gr Parmesan cheese freshly grated

Sometimes there just isn’t enough time in the day & dinner has to be something quick, really quick. Check out my go-to 2-step Chicken & Cauliflower soup that can warm you up and provide some nutrients too.

I begin by making the soup as per packet instructions: empty the Knorr Thick Chicken instant soup onto a pan, pour 800ml of cold water, whisk & let it warm up until it starts boiling, then reduce to simmer for 5 minutes to thicken.

Boil the cauliflower head until very soft. Once done, drain the water & season with salt & pepper. Using the blender, puree the cauliflower. Pour the soup over the pureed cauliflower, add the chives & grate the parmesan. Serve immediately.
