- 2Kg Boneless Pork Shoulder
- 2tbsp Maille Wholegrain Mustard
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Glaze
- 1/4 Dark Soy Sauce
Who doesn’t love a pulled pork slider! A simple & straightforward recipe that feeds a crowd!
I begin by brushing the pork with olive oil and season with salt & pepper. Then I seared the pork in a (very hot!) pan for about 2 minutes on each side. In the meantime, preheat the oven at 150°, that's if you have time to let it cook slowly for about 2 to 3 hours depending on the weight of the pork. In a bowl, mix together the Maille Wholegrain Mustard, the balsamic glaze and the soy sauce and then brush the seared pork with the mixture. Place in an oven dish with a rack so that the excess fats (and there will be lots!) drip off.
