Meet La Burrata – the creamier cousin of mozzarella
THIS is what I had for dinner last night – the starter that is 😉 – the classic Burrata, the richer, creamier cousin of mozzarella. More precisely, burrata is a soft pouch of mozzarella stuffed with stracciatella, a delicate blend of fresh cream and soft mozzarella shreds. I’m drooling just thinking about it!
