Recipe testing: Classic Italian Tagliata
Tagliata is what I make whenever a quick meal is required. Such a simple, but impressive dish nonetheless. Contrasting its famous counterpart, the massive Fiorentina bistecca, the tagliata is a sliced thick beef steak that is grilled, then carved and served with parmesan, rucola and fresh tomatoes. It’s an easy meal which you can prepare at home all year round.
